This is it: the patch that brings all the new systems for Warlords of Draenor.  The bulleted list below is compliments of Wowhead.

6.0 Prelaunch Event Bag Space Improvements Character Models Class and Glyph Changes Group Finder Guild Leveling Removed Item Changes Raid Changes Racial Traits

Skirmishes Toy Box Transmog Improvements Undelete Character Unified Auction Houses Zone Changes Additional UI Improvements Content Removed in the October Prepatch

Also keep in mind that there is Content Not Coming in the October Prepatch.
